2.2 One Person, One Account
Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. You may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) before submitting a withdrawal request. Failure to provide the required documents may delay the withdrawal process.
2.4 Account Security

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Supported Payment Methods
bv555 currently supports the following mobile banking methods:

3.2 Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. Amounts below this are not accepted and the transaction will be automatically cancelled.
3.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum amount per withdrawal request is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
3.4 Withdrawal Timeframe
Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. If additional verification is required, this timeframe may be extended.
3.5 Transaction Authenticity
Use of false, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods will result in immediate account suspension and the relevant authorities may be notified. The account holder and the payment method owner must be the same person.
4 Bonuses & Wagering Requirements
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at bv555 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
- Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳15,000 bonus (maximum cap) → total balance ৳37,000
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — on the bonus only, not the deposit.
Example: Receive a ৳1,500 bonus → ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
4.3 Bonus Usage Terms
- Bonuses may only be used on specified games — a list is provided with each offer.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time, unless explicitly stated in the offer.
- bv555 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
4.4 VIP Program
The bv555 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members advance to higher tiers based on regular activity and receive weekly cashback benefits.
- Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week
- Silver: up to 0.7% cashback per week
- Gold: up to 1.0% cashback per week
The specific criteria for advancing through VIP tiers and the detailed cashback terms can be obtained from the support team.
5 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bv555 platform:
5.1 Fraud & Cheating
- Using bots, automated software, or any other technical means to manipulate games.
- Deliberately exploiting game errors or bugs — any winnings associated with such incidents will be voided.
- Opening an account using a false identity, false documents, or another person's information.
5.2 Money Laundering
bv555 follows anti-money laundering policies. Suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be immediately suspended.
5.3 Collusion & Team Play
Multiple players coordinating to share information or strategically collaborate in live games with the intent to harm other players is prohibited.
5.4 Unauthorized Promotion
Advertising using the bv555 name or logo without prior written permission is prohibited.
6 Intellectual Property Rights
All content published on the bv555 website — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of bv555. Copying, distributing, or modifying these materials without prior permission is not permitted, except for personal use.

9.3 Balance Refund
If an account is closed by bv555, valid deposited funds will be returned; however, if the closure is due to fraud, all balances will be forfeited. Bonus balances are non-refundable under any circumstances.
10 Limitation of Liability
bv555 is not liable for the following:
- Gameplay disruption caused by internet or network disconnection.
- Any loss caused by issues with the user's own device.
- Failure of third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
- Losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the member did not follow security guidelines.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government restrictions, etc.).
Under no circumstances will bv555's liability exceed the amount deposited in the relevant transaction.

If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
